Kentridge began making drawings and etchings at the age of twenty, and has since been involved in numerous multi-disciplinary projects -- including a series of animated films begun in 1989 called Drawings for Projection, the play Woyzeck on the Highveld, for which he collaborated with a puppet company, and video installations from the 1997 documenta X. The book amply documents all his work, and includes an extensive essay by scholar Christov-Bakargiev and biographical chronology. ...Google Books
